Explanation / Answer

All of the DNA form bands at the same distance. Or, when centrifuged together, they form a single band. Density gradient centrifugation separation occurs based on denstiy, and not on weight. Irrespective of the number of generations, DNA grown on the same medium has same density and form a single band.
