Question
How do you calculate the rate of change of absorbance per minute over the first 3 minutes to get units, U/ml, total units and percent recovery ? For lab we did an assignment to denature protein there was 3 salting out steps to get LDH and each time we took a measurement at 0 min, 1 min and 2 min. Therefore, I have 4 absorbance reading for each time. How do I figure out unit, U/mL, Total Units and % recovery. For example on the 1st readings we got: 0.130; 0.425; 0.573; 0.705. Can you please show me with these readings how to do the above.Explanation / Answer
