Assistance on Sorting and Organizing

I have a table that I am trying to help with sorting. I need a bit of assistance.

I am trying to get the names in A1 to be sorted by the Position in B1.

So off to the side of the sheet, it should look like this.

I am wondering if it's possible to do this without Micros. If a few formulas can get this going in the right direction. That way it can be automatically sorted with Micros.

Hi..

Enter the following array formula in C2, confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter:.

=IFERROR(INDEX($A$2:$A$5,SMALL(IF($B$2:$B$5=C$1,ROW($A$2:$A$5)-ROW($A$2)+1),ROW($A2)-ROW($A$2)+1)),"")

Adjust the ranges A2:A5 and B2:B5 as needed...

Fill down to the last used row, then right to column D or vice versa.
