5) Vitamin supplements and oranges are both plentiful sources of vitamin C. Give reasons to explain why an orange might be better for you than taking a vitamin C tablet.

4. Supplements would be recommended only to those people who are facing any sort of deficiency. Also, people who want to gain weight or do excessive gyming are advised to take supplements. This is to meet the nutritional requirements of the body. Also at times our normal routine diet doesn't help in gaining weight or fulfill all minimal nutrient requirements. That's why to the above mentioned people, we can recommend- supplements.
5. Oranges are source of Vitamin C, potassium, Vitamin B-6 , A, Calcium, small amount of Mg and Fibre. Thus it is better to take orange than simply a Vitamin C tablet, which will provide just one nutrient.
