Unzip the file, and run the game. Play a few games and begin to analyze the artificial intelligence that is currently programmed. Then, review the code itself. Begin to analyze how it and why it was programmed the way it was.

Create a 1-2 page paper that presents your findings on the current level of AI in the game. How was it coded? How does it function? Does it learn from the players?

Yes there is a huge amount of AI applied here.

The computer automatically tries to find the best square. First of all it tried to elimiate the user X by putting an apt O in the required place.

The functioning of the games as dicussed is present in the function computermove function where it tries to block the user moves so that he cannot win and at the same time tries to make a correct pattern for itself.

Yes it obviously learns from the players move and depending on the current move it makes the corresponding choice for the same.
