I've seen this question posted before but feel the answer was no where close to what is required. I feel that the answer should provide equipment used, with location of placed equipment. Thanks in advance!


The ACME Cellular Company wants to install a wireless LAN in their
corporate headquarters. The company has a wired LAN that uses Cat5E
cable, and servers. The headquarters is 5,250 square feet, and includes
all administrative functions and a waiting room/reception for guests that
are visiting the company. They want to provide wireless to the guest
space that is separate from the main network. Below is the current
configuration for ACME. Your job is to spec out a wireless network that
ties into the existing wired network. What equipment will they need
(hardware, and software) to set up the new wireless network. They have
5 Dell Rack Mount Servers, and 3 Switches that support 110 users in the
admin office.
