Solution:

I choose Incremental Backup as a solution for the given scenario 5-2. So the backup software can create copies of all the files or parts of the files that have modified or changed since previous incremental backup in faster manner ( with in the six hour clock)

Scenario 5-2 mentions backup is to be done each day and the database sizes are large as well as they need 2 hours each on every backup.
