3. Prostate gland is part of reproductive system in male. It lies around the urethra and below the urinary bladder. It allows the normal flow of urine and seminal fluid flow through urethra. Due to enlargement of prostate gland the tissues around it also increase in size leading to narrowing of urethral tube. The narrow urethra makes the passage of urine and seminal fluid difficult, sometimes urine remains in bladder.
