Suppose there are 100 patients in ICU from which

4% means 4 patients died

54% means 54 transferred to SCW

Remaining patients in ICU are = 100-(4+54)=42

Now there are 54 patients in SCW from which

5% means 2.7 (5 % of 54) patient returned to ICU

1% means 0.54 patients have died

18% means 9.72 patients are released

Remaining patient in SCW are 54-(2.7+0.54+9.72) = 41.04
