Its v.difficult to charecterize what the problem will be for the conversion for all the amino acids, But deamination causes a lot of problem,the removal of an amine group from a molecule. it is mainly due to the pattern of methylation on cytosine residues.If the methylation pattern changes, then it will affect many functions like cell proliferation, genomic imprinting pattern will change too.
