The etiology agent of this psittacosis which is also called parrot fever is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by a bacterium called Chlamydophila psittaci and contracted from parrots. (answer for e )

b. So now in human the incubation period is around 5-20 days the it mimics the typoid fever so there is fever, headach and chill with pains in organs specially in joints and so happended to him on one month after infectionas suspected.
C. in later condition person get prostrating high fevers, joint pains, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, nose bleeds and low level of white blood cells in the blood.
d. the organism is mostly suscpetible for first generation antibiotics and so fastly fever subsidized
