Server is an access point to internet for the access of databases for gene data analysis. Individual computers running different operating systems, share access to data generated by microarray image scanner like systems. Operating systems like MacOS, UNIX, LInux, Windows are essential. Network is necessary for sharing and capturing data from experiment and analysing it through computer based analysis.Other sharing resources like printers, modems, plotters and other peripherals. Wireless extension of network for connecting laptops also required for manipulating the data, such as transforming spot data from image/ sequencer workstation to array data.
With the only goal to make profit, plan must be proposed in such a way that it is within the proposed budget with high quality and efficient hardwares and software tools..
