Average rate is the average for all the rates of reaction determined where instantaneous rate is actually the rate of reaction at a particular instant of time which is given by the slope oof graph between rate of reaction vs time. Instantaneous rate is always more accurate than average rate of reaction.

Firstly more and more brown color appears but At equilibrium there it gets fixed.
