A)How many carbon atoms present
Ratio of the C and H is 3 : 8
Therefore
4.48*10^24 H atoms * 3 C atoms / 8 H atoms = 1.68*10^24 C atoms
B) What is the total mass of sample
We have the atoms of the H using that lets calculate the moles of the C3H8
(4.48*10^24 H atoms * 1 molecule C3H8/ 8 H atoms )*(1 mol C3H8/6.02*10^23 molecules)= 0.9302 mol C3H8
Now lets find the mass using the moles and molar mass
Molar mass of C3H8 = 44.1 g per mol
Mass = moles * molar mass
Mass of C3H8 = 0.9302 mol * 44.1 g per mol
= 41.0 g C3H8
