We wil use formula,

C1V1 = C2V2

lets say we need a 250 microliter of 10 microliter/ml BSA concentration

original solution has 25mg/ml = 25000 microgram/ml concentration

25000 x V1 = 10 x 250

V1 = 0.1 microliter
