C = observed rotation / (specific rotation * l)

C= 2.07 / ( 488-360) *1

C = 0.01617 g / mL

here the angle of rotation 488. but we have 360 on agle scale so we have to subtract from from 488, then angle rotation = 488 - 360 = 128.
