Question
Label the Functional Groups corresponding with the peaks on the IR Spectrum. Nitrogen test confirmed that it was in the unknown.
I am also needing assistance on what the structure of this molecule should look like: secondary amine, BP 86 oC, RI 1.3715... I would just like a comparable compound to push me in the right direction.
Edit: I'm leaning more toward N-Ethyl-1-propanamine, but I am still unsure if the peak @ 3365 isn't an alcohol.

The peak at 3365.14 is confirmed for presence of -NH2 group
The frequency at 2973 is for -C-H stretching.
The C–N stretching vibration of aliphatic amines is observed as medium or weak bands in the region 1250-1020 cm-1.
No peak at near 1650 cm-1 reveals that absence of Primary amine.
For sec amines one band near 3350.
N–H wag (primary and secondary amines only) from 910-665 cm-1
So if we go for N-Ethyl-1-propanamine then you are right.
