I will put only the stable form, the unstable you can write it yourself once you know which one is stable:

- 1 proton and 0 neutrons.

- 8 protons and 8 neutrons.

- 5 protons and 6 neutrons.

How can you knoe that? easy, if you do the sum of the protons and neutrons, you'll get the atomic mass of an element. All you have to do is match that number with the atomic mass of an element. Once you do that, see the atomic number. If the atomic number match with the number of protons, and the atomic weight, then that nuclei is stable. If not, then it's unstable. That's why these 3 are the only ones to be stable.
