A) Either brain genomic library or muscle genomic library, C- DNA libraries will have the lesser sequences than the genomic libraries.

B) Both genomic libraries overlap completely and the both c DNA libraries would overlap partially but there will be no libraries that doesn't overlap at all because it is subset of genomic library only.

Exon of an actin gene would be found in both genomic libraries and cdna library of muscle.

Intron of an actin gene would be found in both genomic libraries as introns will cut out from the both c DNA libraries.

Promoter of an actin gene would be found in both genomic libraries because promoter sequences are not present in cdna library as it only contains the exons.

An Exon of the neuroD would be found in both genomic libraries and cdna library of brain.
