Given:

Vi = 505 mL

Ti = -15.0 oC

= (-15.0+273) K

= 258 K

Tf = 37.0 oC

= (37.0+273) K

= 310 K

use:

Vi/Ti = Vf/Tf

505 mL / 258.0 K = Vf / 310.0 K

Vf = 607 mL

So, volume is increasing from 505 mL to 607 mL

Given:

Vi = 25 mL

Pi = 0.8 atm

Pf = 2500.0 mm Hg

= (2500.0/760) atm

= 3.2895 atm

use:

Pi*Vi = Pf*Vf

0.8 atm * 25 mL = 3.289473684210526 atm * Vf

Vf = 6.08 mL

Answer: 6.08 mL
