Question

Some people may argue that our country is not governed by elected officials who must eventually answer to voters, but by bureaucrats who are not elected. Some would cite the large fines issues by regulators against Wells Fargo and PGE as examples. Mr. Trump has stated that a condition to enacting any new regulation should be the removal of 3 existing regulations.

Do you agree that we are actually governed more by regulators than elected officials? In 2 paragraphs or less state why you hold that opinion and provide an example.

Explanation / Answer

American love to giggle at absurd directions. A Florida law requires candy machine names to encourage the general population to document a report if the name isn't there. The Federal Railroad Administration demands that all trains must be painted with a "F" at the front, so you can tell which end is which. Bureaucratic gossips in Bethesda, Maryland, have closed down youngsters' lemonade stands on the grounds that the venturesome youthful moppets did not have exchanging licenses. The rundown goes entertainingly on.

Yet, formality in America is no giggling issue. The issue isn't simply the tenets that are obviously crazy. The ones sound sensible all alone yet force a colossal weight on the whole. America is intended to be the home of free enterprise. Dissimilar to Europeans, whose lives have for quite some time been encircled by intruding governments and diktats from Brussels, Americans assumed be allowed to pick, for better or in negative ways. However for quite a while America has been straying from this perfect. So based on all these over or far reaching power of regulators in the USA, I agree to the point that we are actually governed more by regulators than elected officials.
