Example of a time to develop a plan of action
Recently, the management of my organization asked for the plan of action during the performance appraisal. As the organization is following the practice of Performance by Objectives strategy, so I was asked to submit the Action Plan and then my performance would be evaluated based on the Action Plan submitted.
In order to ensure that the plan was successful, I break down all the objectives to be achieved under certain timelines. In order to ensure that the objectives would be met within the deadlines, I kept checking my progress and take corrective actions if the timelines are not met.
Strategy of gathering and analysing data
In order to gather the data, survey method is used. A well structured questionnaire is prepared and then personal survey is being conducted where the respondents are asked to fill the questionnaire. Thus the data is collected. After collecting the data , it is analysed through statistical test and thus the interpretation of the analysis is presented.
