Based on the given article, we can consider that the Belt & Road policy will benefit for China as well as Africa based on consideration i.e Construction which leads benefit for china & in turn for exports of petroleum products from africa will give a advantage of growth in Africa. As per article statistics from 2000 to 2015 where a economic revenue growth was shown from 1 billion dollar to 55 billion dollar for chinese contractors in africa. Even the export of petroleum products from Angola in Africa to China is more which can consider as revenue growth for Africa.
As of article may be the US have shunned initially for the initiative of Road & Belt policy with Chinaas US is already providing Top priorities loans for health & social service to Africa country. This situation may not effect US as its already have some room of synergies in Africa inturn the US have accepted for the initiative at last minute which may encourage for development of African country and even can make strong relation between two countries.
As per article, it shows how China has been a top source in renewable energy based on its production and advancement which helps China economic growth inturn it can be a leading country. One road one belt can help China to be a leading country in renewable energy which inturn help for economic growth of the country as renewable energy and green house emission are the top most priority as of now current situation where china manufacturing industry are in leading postion. So it will be prestigous for China country to go through such a lead.
