This might just be an objective type questionnaire but there involves a lot of subjectivity. Therefore, do verify the answers and remember these are highly opinion-based questions.

1. C. This would be a wrong statement to declare straightaway that the Republicans are political enemies of black Americans and Latinos as there are many instances of their partnering and many of the members of these communities have been Republicans themselves. Republicans are conservatives in general but not opponents of any communities. In fact, the start of the Republican party was based on the anti-slavery ideologies.

2. C. Again there is no evidence what so ever that any of these things together helped in an increase of black or Latino vote count. Some of them did increase and some did not while few did decrease.

3. A.  Recall is the power of the voters to remove elected officials before their terms expire. It has been a fundamental part of our governmental system since 1911 and has been used by voters to express their dissatisfaction with their elected representatives.

4. B. There is some evidence to support this claim but it definitely needs further investigation.

5. E. Yes, that is one of the reasons but not the only one.

6. A. Definitely, the public policy must be for the public good under the legal limitations.
