Explanation / Answer
The interventions are given by the certified counselors to the teenage people who are approaching them with suicidal thoughts they have. Victims can make a conversation with the couseller through chat or at times through calls. They can share their problems directly with the TED talk it will pop up with crisis name like counselling for suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety or anorexia due psychological disturbances and all. You can listen to the TED talks given on some special crisis which will make based upon the crisis data.
At times parents will approach the team on behalf of their children to get an appropriate counselling and to make their life easy. In some area parents are encouraging children to watch some motivational videos so that they can develop self-esteem and can concentrate on their aim to achieve.
It seems like effective to encourage teenagers to free from ill thoughts and move forward to grow in carrier. It is so helpful making certain videos on crisis. I think it is useful for the community to develop themselves mentally.
The confidentiality can be maintained by the TED talk people they won’t disclose any details of the victim they just focus on the topic, and they could generate data of the particular crisises arises from the particular location. During chating with the counsellors two or more counsellors can be involved and help the candidate with of their best, this may cause insecure and shy feeling to the victim. Live chat and details can not be stored anywhere else than the problem noted.
The benefits of this talk are educational - There are so many speeches that cover so many interesting topics, and some names of people who present the speeches many sound familiar, Funny – Not only all have a profound or serious message to take away, but instead almost like a stand-up comedy act. So, Ted Talks can be very entertaining. They inspire people to speak, Classes would be motivational and they give a great advises.
I did not find much risks involved in this except the addiction and spending lot of time with the team would affect in time management of their schedule.
