But the interoperability related to EHR is facing a number of challenges.

Interoperability: Terminology, vocabulary, ontology

There are different forms in identifying the data in the healthcare system. The Coding formed a standard setting in order to communicate, manipulate and sharing of data with other healthcare systems.

Vocabulary: A vocabulary is a phrase or collection of words that of the meaning of the terms.

Terminologies: It is the set of terms that represents the concept.

Ontology: It is a vocabulary that helps in interoperability in an understanding of the structure and descriptive information.
