Specifying creativity as an important goal to be achieved: Creativity is an important component of a team. Clearly stated goals will improve team interaction and make a positive agreement among all the team members. For this to occur, every team there should have a goal of creativity regarding what members should do and what it will lead to the problem.
Establishing strong team diversity. This involves people from the diverse domain of knowledge and skills who can apply their ideas to resolve an issue if it arises.
Promoting out-of-work friendship. Here, people who have a positive relationship with other members will respect each other and develop as a team faster. As a result, their bond with one another will grow stronger and quicker.
Preventing internal competition. Healthcare members should work as a team. However, competition among themselves will lead to failure and the total system will collapse. Therefore, all the team members must realize that internal competition will lead to disastrous effects.
