The train-the-trainer approach has extended into the hospitals in the corporate world. This method is designed based on training of an individual, who in turn turning another individual. Otherwise, the expertise in the certain field shares his expertise with the group of the trainers in an organization.
There are numerous advantages of this method. Training an individual is the lengthy processes. Instead, we can build a team and training can be accomplished in a shorter period of time. The Trainer use the tools effectively and should learn what to teach and when to teach.
