Two different political parties can begin conflicts among them due to incompatibility. This is known as conflict resolution process which is actually a part of the reconciliation process. Psychologically, it focuses on peaceful relationships with the help of cooperation, mutual understanding and trust of both groups of the society. According to political psychology, it is based on the concept of peace which is required by the social beliefs about different groups. Conflict resolution refers to an agreement that meets the needs of both parties.

The effects of mass violence on victims, prepatrators and bystanders could be very dangerous. The victims and their families are mostly affected community by the mass violence. They have many psychological impact on their personalities due to mass violence. They suffer with certain kind of anxiety and phobias. They are generally suffered from violent trauma and do not feel safe. Prepatrators are the persons who give rise to help to create a situation which can be turned into mass violence. They are main reasons behind any kind of vilence. They are also encouraged to do these things because somewhere they also suffer from anxiety trauma due to their past life experiences. Bystanders are the persons who remain generally passive during any kind of violence. They support to prepatrators silently. They have no face but play an important role in mass violence. Preparators are found extremely aggressive in many psychological studies. Psychologists found that bystanders support them because they have fear for their safety. All three categories are affected psychologically due to a mass violence but victims and their families suffer the most.

Following are the main steps in reconciliation process-

These steps of reconciliation are connected with psychological healing. Reconciliation is a strong and powerful tool of human life. This process involves the entire human community. With the help of reconciliation we gain the quality of tolerance and be able to show sensitivity towards others. This teaches us to live in harmony. The psychological aspects of reconciliation are very rich. It supports in human healing and belongs to spiritual, psychological and social healings by different aspects of human personality.

Political leaders and other societal institutions can help in reconciliation between groups. If the leaders of the political parties are understanding and good human beings than no conflicts will be there between both groups. Their humanity would help to stop future violence because they would prefer to work according to mutual understanding and trust. They would prefer the needs of the society and will try improve its conditions. Other social institutes are also very important for preventing the future violence like schools and our justice system. Schools play the most important role in someone's life. Schools should focus on the teachings of reconciliation and non violence. So the future leaders can work for the welfare of human being. Our justice system also should be so strong that no place is left for violence.
