Explanation / Answer

1. As a normal human being following the laws of the universe and humanity, I should save atleast the third one who is moving. It's a crash, so I'm not very sure whether I should do it on my own or get the paramedics and call the police. I would certainly call the police and ambulance as part of my ethical choice. Because if So it on my own I might hurt the person further. I also have a confusion that if the third person dies before the paramedics or the police arrive, I'll have a life long struggle reasoning my choice. But I'll make sure that I am safe and not affected in any way.
2. Everyone in this world has got their right to live as they wish as long as they are adults. This means, without hurting anyone intentionally. Just because someone will inherit Alice's money and the child after her death doesn't mean she should suffer while she lives. It's her body, her money and her choice to live as a lesbian. Why should others be bothered even. Her mother is worried materialistically and the state by preventing her to choose her life denies her basic rights for existentialism. So both her mother and the state should approve their indepency and rights.
