The first meal was fine, but a month later he ate shelfish for a second tiíme, this time drenched in butter, resulting in a reaction. Because of this he tells you he is lactose intolerant. Answer2:
(a) He has type I hypersensitivity and commonly named as allergy.
(b) Shellfish caused the reaction.
(c) During first intake of shellfish he developed IgE antibody against allergen, IgE molecules attached to the mast cells. When second time he take shellfish the IgE primed mast cell burst and releases granules and chemical such as histamines.
(d) Molecule IgE , plasma cells and mast cells are involved.
