1. Most of the chronic diseases are occurred due to stress, lifestyle practices compared to DNA transmission(hereditary). Research studies say that Almost 70% to 80% of disease is due to the factors of stress, over workload, and pressure and only 25% are due to hereditary. The speaker visualizes on long-term health. He believes lifestyle itself a medicine which improves the health of the individual and can be employed through employee health promotion programme. The employee health promotion program should focus on workplace factors that impact on mental health of the workers. the employee health promotion program should eliminate the negative work culture, work repetition, work overload, work unsatisfaction, and maintains work-life balance. Identify individual behavior and lifestyle choices and prevention of worker illness. Encourage them to involve in exercise activities by offering a gym and healthy diet.

2. Most of the country's economy is utilizing for the healthcare management. Maintain employee health coverage and offers health benefits. Deductibles and copays are given for treatment of chronic disease and preventive care. Employee health program should cover additional areas like smoking cessation program, retirement benefits. Promote tax-free health saving account for medical expenses. Promote workplace safety and compensation for workplace injury and illness. the workplace should make a positive physical environment and have nursing homes for workers. Provide counseling and relaxation therapy for long hour workers.
