      A = pi*r^2 = pi*10^-6 = 3.14*10^-6 m^2

      R = 4000 ohm

      Now   L = RA/ = (4000*3.14*10^-6)/3.5*10^-5 = 358.86 m

       Electric field = E = V/L = 5/358.86 = 0.01393 N/C
