let this EF E' and Magnetic filed B' be existing in the S' frame, then E and B in S frame is given by

E = E'-(V x B)

B = B'+(V x B/c^2)

E and B are measured from the equations

E = 9*10^5-(2*10^6)* 0.9 = 0.9*10^6 - 1.8*10^6 = -0.9*10^6 k V/m (answer)

now B = B+(V x B/c^2)
