The speed of the ball before imapct on the ground is    V1 = 2gh         =2(9.8)(3.2)         = -7.91m/s speed of the ball when it leaves the gound is V2= 2gh = 2(9.8)(1.3) = 5.04m/s impulse I = m (V2 - V1 )                = (0.04kg)[ 5.04 - (-7.91) ]                =0.5186kgm/s force on the ball is          F = I /t            = 0.5186 / 3x10^-3s            = 172.88 N             =173N
