As a professional in physics how was your beginning , and what is the best way to study , what do you think is the best way to get gold medal in IPHO?

I am so sad ,because in the class I am the best and always the other students ask me for help all the time , my teacher says that he is always thinking of my question and before the Results of our exams Everyone was confident I was the first ? and I was very sure of this
But when we saw the Results We were shocked? ?feel so bad that i was the last one

I am a head worker , I sleep in the library some times and I study all the time I didn’t do anything else in my day above studying ... sometimes I don’t even sleep before practice and practice,that really hurts

I believe in my self ,but what should I do now ??

You are failing to present your knoknowle in your exam

Hence you need written practice along with study. Practice veve well before any exam. Write your exam in a mock session and take the mistakes and correct those mistakes everytime
