I'm in my 5th quarter electronic program at itt tech and doing great but I been trying to go to my teacher and he's been busy and I'm having trouble with my final project i need help, I'm not asking to do it for me, I'm not learning anything that way I just need help understanding and a push in the right direction. Now for my project we have to make a device that can be able to sense hot and cold drinks, for example when i put a cold drink'45 degrees' and a hot drink '95 degrees' the cold lights up a blue led and the hot lights up a red led and i know the chip has to be inside a coaster but what i cant figure out is how to make the schematic and the mathematics behind all this. Now I know i should probably know this and get it done but it just cant stick to me but i hope coming here will help me with that so i can do a great job on this project.

please don't forget to rate :) You have to do input the mathematics(algorithm) as a c program in your chip. put it like this main() { float F ; scanf("%f",&F); ** you have to take input from the sensor (therometer) ** apply conditions if (F = XX) **put the temperatures for hot { do this ; ** all the lighting code goes here } else if (F = XX) **put the temperatures for cold { do this ; ** all the lighting code goes here } hope this helps
