Explanation / Answer

The credentials of the author(s) of the article is how gut microbial composition in response to dietary intervention and how modification in  gut microbial composition can treat metabolic syndrome. Yes, they enhance the authors’ credibility.

Lactobacilli is beneficial for the human. He explain about the probiotic bacteria and its anti-inflammatory properties, it is stimulated by the IL-10 expression.I believe to be accurate, because Lactobacilli is beneficial for the human. it helps in digestion and harmful bacteria found in stomach, it is also present in curd/yoghurt which is helpful in digestion.

He also explained about ratio of Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes decreased in our obese during dietary intervention. Bacteroidetes increased, and Firmicutes decreased, after wieight loss. It is related to percentage of weight. Microbiota play major role in body weight control and energy homeostasis. They interacted and affected with the metabolic pathways. It also has beneficial health effects.
