1. High risk-

Presence of cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic disease.

Sign and symptoms are assessed but are not used for stratification.

2. Moderate risk

Presence of 2 or more risk factors

3. Low risk

Presence of 0 or 1 risk factor

Hypertension

Dyslipidemia

*Signs and symptoms we are talking about:-
