The environmental considerations and zoning parallel the financial considerations from the initial phase of "coming up with the idea", to the process of discovering whether or not the actual project is possible, through the process of planning, documenting, bidding, designing, site preparation, the initial/intermediary/final process of the physical construction of the facility, to the management/maintenance/upkeep of the facility over the expected life span of the structure and facilities. Each process is managed and organized almost identically in a controlled and rationally coherent method. Meaning, in basic terms, that each process is undertaken in steps in order to effectively manage each portion of the overall project and ensure that the overall project completion is done in a reliable and steady manner with organization and communication between all parties.

In any new project we should consider environmental considerations and zonal prospectus if you propose any project at any particular site you should consider all these things and make sure that I have to clear all this requirements initially and then proceed for calling for contracts for a particular site about a particular project and then resealing you should estimate cost of the project and then calling for bidding process and most of the contractors are coming for tenders and after that we choose best among all the tenders which is economical and which is good quality of material mentioned and we should check the tenders and whether these are all followed some standard specifications or not after that we are going to execute our plans we have different contracts are there like K2 agreement lump sum contract etcetera based on the contract which we are deal with will pay money accordingly in construction is started initially we should collect all the information which we are needed like planning designing site investigation environmental impacts journal impact s documentation estimation of project and we should compare all these things to contractors tender if this all OK then we should start work well working we should transfer some of the points like material man missionary etc. For every period of time we should check how the work is going on and if there is any mistakes are there then we should rectify them immediately otherwise it will cost too much of money so we should take care of it and working Men should be skilled based on the scale of the workman the life of the structure will be depend if Skillet supervision is there then we should ensure that life of the structure will be h i g h as per the Contract we should be either by work or by period of time some of the for political influencers also there we should manage them also after all we will complete the project successfully thank you
