Question
measuring turbidity
in this experiment you will evaluate 1) the abilities of media to support the growth of different species of bacteria, and 2) the nutrietional needs of the bacteria. you will observe the amount of growth, measured by turbidity, present in each culture following incubation. we used Bausch and lomb spectronic 20 spectrometer, whichh measure the amount of light transmitted (T) or abosrbed (A).
we got the following data
1. Please turn this data into a figure (i.e. graph). The graph needs to contain a title, axis labels, and a figure legend under the graph with an interpretation of what the graph says about your data.
2. ont he basis of the above data, list the media in order from (best to worse) according to their ability to support the growth of bacteria
3. list the 3 bacterial species in order of their increasing fastidiousness.
