Explanation / Answer

A) direction of magnetic field on all the sides is into the page

B) left side (end towards i2) will have force towards right as F= iL x B   and B is into the page, L is towards current.

bottom side will have upward force, rightside will have leftward, top side will have downward.

C) top and bottom forces will cancel each out as both have same magnetic field.

   F = (uoi2/(2pi*0.2)) *i1*0.6 - (uoi2/(2pi*0.45)) *i1*0.6

      = 2e-7*0.3*8*3 - 2e-7*0.3*8*0.6/0.45

     = 8*10^-7 N answer
