Explanation / Answer
1. The repeated codon is CAG which codes for glutamine which results in polyglutamine tract. These are caused by trinucleotides repeats ie CAG. These are present in the coding region.
Non polyglutamine repeats are those which does not involve CAG repeats and are not present in the coding region.
2. The resulting mutations are insertion.
3. The chemical instability of cytosine makes it difficult to repair destination of cuisine in mRNA.
4. N-acetylation, n myristoylation, SUMOylation are the post translation modification that takes place only in eukaryotes
5. In eukaryotes the initiating amino acid is methionine rather that N formylmethionine
