acrroding to this circuit i will bulid a new circut and i wanna buy the componemts

i will buy

variable resistor (0-100ohm)

high switch transistor (NTE72)

IN4148 diode, but i think this diode will not work

becoz for the diode,IN4148 is not,good the maximum current is 150mA and the current flowing through my circuit is higher thus it will burn.The NTE72 transistor is a good choice.It can carry up to 10A collector current.So i wanna a higher current diode.

plz help me to find the best diode for my circuit

Explanation / Answer

You can try 2CL103 to 106 range. actually these diodes current ranges from 200 mA to 450mA. and i thnk it may suit your circuit.
