A force F1 of magnitude 15 N acts at an angle of 15o with respect to the tangential direction of the outer spindle, as shown in the figure. A second force F2 of magnitude 8 N acts tangential to inner spindle, also shown in the figure. What is the net torque about the rotation axis? Your answer should be in N.m and given to two decimal places. The profosser didn't give figure! And please show work!
