1)Torque due to plates=mgr=1.1*9.8*0.37=3.99 Nm

2)Torque due to forearm=2.2*9.8*0.13=2.80 Nm

3)Let the force required by the biceps be F

Then F*0.035=3.99+2.80

F=194 N
