You will work very closely with the IT department’s system analyst. The system analyst has questions regarding the following:

Completing the task first and foremost a detailed discussion with the management is needed.THe whole system which is going should be knowledged properly t o understand the exact requirement which is needed.Second in which programming language it should be done should be decided.After that each of the department must be looked up thorouhly to know about its working procedure and the important data transfer and the data coloums or charts should be registered.So after having information of all the department then only the functional analysis,diagram analysis and the coding can be done.
Having technolgy for your setup instead of manual labour increase your productivity instantly.THe first and formost thing is that the speed of doing work is increased as a result the productivity is increased.Secondly the data which is held now is much more secured as compared to previous one.THird the searching or accessing of data can be done easily from any part as all the data are connected now and previousy you have to look after all the files to search for your data and it would take upto lot of time.Fourth there will be no chance of duplicacy of data as before there was a huge chance for it.This are the some of the ways in which the technology will improve it.
This is basically a system full hospital system which will look after all the workflow and the work which is happening there.As discuused there will be very little chance of duplicate data,data will be easily accessible,productivty will be ncreased.And the data whch will be available will be the details about the different customers those are coming to the hospital.
Based on the above analysis the given system should be fast enouh to run the proposed system and a fast internet connction is also required.
