Introduction :
Microsoft is a largest software company in the world and founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen in 1975 (Microsoft Corporation 2004). Microsoft is incorporated as limited company in United Kingdom (Microsoft Corporation 2004). Now a days, Microsoft becomes a monopoly company in the market.
Mission and value of Microsoft state that are "to assist public and company in business during the world realize their full potential".For software companies as large as Microsoft, the responsibility is most important on the social and people.
Microsoft And Their Market :
According to their website, Microsoft loosely define their three core markets as:
Although Microsoft's core markets now appear to be in maturity, it initially sought to build presence in these markets via distinct product positioning which set it apart from its competitors. The strategy is evidently a success, as applications such as Office and Internet Explorer rapidly became benchmarks.
Microsoft's website offers a good indication of how the company very clearly segments its markets. Business, for instance, is split into areas covering all aspects of industry (education, finance, retail etc.) while home markets concentrate on education, entertainment and utility segments.
Microsoft's Corporate Strategy: Organic Growth & Acquisitions :
During its lifetime, Microsoft has pursued an aggressive policy of take-overs and acquisitions. Via this strategy, Microsoft has shown that it is ready to adapt quickly to market conditions in order to appeal to its consumers.

In conclusion, for software companies as largest as Microsoft that is a great company in the world. Microsoft looks at the IT skills are very important especially people who as their employees must smart and knowledgeable in IT skills. Sometimes, Microsoft faces some employees who lack of skills as well as Microsoft would provide many programs or ways and WorkLife balance to improve their employees' skills that is in order to improve social and environmental. Hence, their employees able to solve problem as soon as possible while facing problem.

As I looked at Microsoft's brands,I found that Mircosoft is using its brand in a very efficient manner.
Yes,I felt that the company is using its brand in a very effective manner because good branding increases the value of a company, provides employees with direction and motivation, and makes acquiring new customers easier.
No,I don't want to do any change because Company is already doing well.

After having a good look around the Microsoft's website,I felt that the website is worthy and effective in targeting the right audience.
Yes,it is user-friendly too.
No,I would not like to change anything in Microsoft's website because it is already so much creative and racy.

As Listed above Company's Services and Product Lists,I found that Microsoft Company always come up in the first page of Google's results with their Services and Products.

Obviously,Like all the companies,Microsoft also integrates social media in their marketing efforts,because as we know the meaning of marketing ( Promoting the business,selling products and services),Microsoft says to follow them on different different places so that the company could achieve Business Goals .
Yes,this is very useful and very effective.
I will suggest to them that they can participate in online conversation with customers and take care of Online reviews to improve their social media marketing.
