If the force sensor plots a graph as output with force in y-axis and time in x-axis, then the area under the graph is also the momentum. I think this is what you need to do here. (c) Average value of impact force is change is momentum divided by the small time interval through which the force sensor records a force. this time interval is also the time (from x-axis) between the start and end point of the curve obtained in part (b).
