(a) for FM 100 Mhz wave lenth is 3 m, And For AM 1 MHz wavelength is 300 m
So for tunnel 4 by 7 m only FM signal recive by a car because tunnel cross-section match with FM wavelength.
(b) For finding maxima of any fuction we first take derivative of that fuction and equate with 0.
the time derivative of electric field is magnetic field hence for max electric field magnetic field is 0
